When Dan and Mary went on an outing to the seaside, they bought their parents a present. It was an egg shaped stone mounted on cockle shells.They put it on the mantelpiece, where it grew warm. Then one day they heard a tapping sound, and a beautiful little grey creature stepped out of the shell onto the mantelpiece.
