Paul Watkins

In 1939, when a young American is offered the chance to study art in Paris he grabs it. At the outbreak of war his life is endangered when he is 'persuaded', by the Resistance, to forge valuable paintings before the Nazis can steal the originals.

A New England fishing community provides Paul with a safe haven until a man from his past, intent on revenge, brings Paul face to face with his own turbulent history.
