Winds Of Heaven

Louise Bickford, a widow with three daughters, finds herself struggling against the insecurity and uncertainty of old age. Too proud to depend on her friends, too poor to manage for herself, she is dependent upon daughters, who can spare from the complexities of their own lives neither time nor sympathy for her. The one relation with whom she has any empathy is her grandchild.
