Vlado Petric, a detective forced to flee from Sarajevo, is living in Germany with his family and scratching a living on a building site. Calvin Pine, from the International War Crimes Tribunal, asks him to return home to help find the man responsible for the Srebrenica massacre. He accepts only to find that he has been set up to flush out a bigger criminal!
