Nothing To Lose

A child is killed after running between two parked cars and into the path of a car travelling at just 28 miles per hour. The coroner declared that it was no one's fault. Even so Maude, the 25 year old driver, blamed herself and lived for ten years punishing herself. Only a stranger's knock at the door convinces her that there might be something to live for!
